How to give vitamin D drops safely in babies

Sir my doctor has given KLM vit D3 drops 800IU to be given 1 ml everday. My baby is 35.1 weeks born. Her birth weight was 2.38kgs. Is this concentration fine?

It’s ok to give a higher dose to small babies but you can reduce to 400 units after 1 month or so

Sir my baby born in 38 weeks..after that doctor pescribed Only vitamin D3 400iu 1ml daily...and after one month Another pedetrician suggest VITAMIN D3+DHA+EPA +ZINC with other vitamin combination drops is it safe for new born or after one month baby kindly reply

I prescribe vit D alone, it’s adequate
