Update this works for me as of April 8th 2023! I'm playing on the Xbox Series S, and this video definitely helped. Reminders for anyone who's struggling; 1. Use the exact same location the user in the video utilized if nothing else works. It's at the very top ledge holding the farthest shooting targets, the corner with the round patch of grass. 2. Make sure you have nothing in your inventory. Shields, syringes, guns, armor, ammo EVERYTHING must be discarded. 3. Stare directly at the ground once fully crouched into the low ledge (your legend shouldn't be able to stand even if you let go of crouch/try to stand.), then while staring fully at the ground switch your legend and back away to see if it worked! My game locked onto third person mode immediately after watching this tutorial versus almost half an hour of failure from outdated and flat out incorrect tutorials. Thanks! Good luck everyone :)
