Grass seed absolutely matters! Good stuff, starting with grass that is resistant to drought, fungus etc is half the battle.

Very informative video, thank you. I purchased Twin City Seed Resilience II Tall Fescue Blend for my overseed this fall. First time using it and the NTEP ratings for each cultivar rated high for my area (MD). Excited to see the results.

So what do you originally have in your lawn the TTTF original?

Before I erased and started over, the lawn was a salad bar. Very little fescue, mostly weeds but a lot of spots of fine fescue. It was a disaster when I moved into this house.
