Open bottom and top vents ... what's not to get? No more than 10 mins, watch it carefully until it's done to your liking. There is no exact time it will depend on thickness/size of fillets etc.

For corn, you definitely want to shuck it and then just hit each side with some grill marks on a hot grill. Then bring it into the kitchen and lay each ear in foil individually and melt butter onto each ear by rubbing a butter stick on the hot ears. Then hit them with some sea salt, sugar and lots of cracked black pepper and wrap them up and throw em back on the grill, not over direct heat and cover for 20-30 minutes and lower the heat on the grill for this part. Perfection!

What about the vents, do you leave them completely open during the entire cooking process?

Interesting that a Kingsford video is not using a Kingsford charcoal grill and is actually using a Weber?
@donswietlik42925 жыл бұрын
Really don't need to sock the corn I use Kingsford all the time .
@Trueblue20533 жыл бұрын
The video was okay..... but when u lift the dome up u should just breach it enough so u won’t cause a suction effect which would cause the ashes to get in the food... I now use lump coal instead of the charcoal... thanks for posting ur video

I don't think I've seen so many dim witted comments in one video in my life. Watch the video people. If you can't figure out how to cook this based on the presentation you are going to starve to death lol.

This video is hard to watch with that loud music drowning out your voice. As far as cooking the corn, that method takes at least 30 minutes to get good flavor / doneness...I would have started my corn first then later added the salmon so everything is ready to eat at the same time. Just my $.02, nice hat too

How about a time frame for the salmon
@kyleoden3015 Жыл бұрын
He said about 10 minutes but you should really be using a digital temp probe to check for done temp. Food turns out far better done to temp rather then time

1st of all. Show the cook as if us Common folks are going to be grilling it. Save the fancy plate presentation for the Food network.

Thanks for the pointers. I am sure sugar makes it taste great but you took a very healthy food and made it less healthy. I will pass on that.
