INGREDIENTS:
1. Fish of your choice ( I'm using 3 white perch )
2. Dill, chopped
3. Green onion, chopped
4. 4 Banana shallots, sliced
5. Dried chili, toasted
6. Fresh thai chili
7. Lemongrass, sliced
8. 8 cloves garlic
SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
1. Salt
2. Msg
3. Fish sauce
4. Oyster sauce
