I planted feverfew in a barrel along with basil, dahliahs and thyme. I planted indoors just 2 seeds, in March.....put them in seperate barrels....they have done very well. I have one barrel in the sun and one in partial shade. I have raised gardens but my neighbours don't curb their cats.

yes we overcome the same. In the Netherlands we call this flower motherherb, a very beautiful name. My mother loves this plant very much. After her death it is everywhere in ower garden.

I wish it did in mine, but I did somehow get a mugwort in my flower bed. Tore it out initially thinking it's a weed. Talk about a lucky score

Feverfew repels bees so it should be planted only around plants that don't need pollinators. Not in a pollinator garden for sure...

Thank you for your informative video, much appreciated. i have had a huge burst of Feverfew this summer on my rose bed. They are past blooming. Do I cut it back or just leave them to die off? Or perhaps transplant as you say it into another space in the garden.

Everything of mine has totally exploded this year. One thing crowding out the other in my veggie and flower gardens. Crazy. I love growing herbs more than using them because obviously we can't use everything produced..

How does feverfew do in Houston? Is it better for Spring or Fall? Can it be overwintered?

I'm not sure on that one. I stick with teas. If you make something, test it first on a small area. Thanks for following!

I'm growing it for the first time this year to make it into tea. How do you make the tea taste good? I find it very bitter even with honey added.

It is bitter. Definitely not as refreshing as lemon balm or mint
