How to grow any acorn easily!

Today I show you how to grow an acorn. Grogan acorn is one of the easiest things you could do growing plants . In this video I also show you a quick trick on how to not lose potting soil when you water the plants. Note: if you have squirrels, they will find these and eat them. They have to be protected and out of reach of them!

Excellent title change! And props for taking the advice of a viewer. My comment was a bit harsh. No need for it anymore, so I’ll go ahead and delete it.😊 PS: most people are looking for easier ways to do things that might seem complicated, so this title should be eye catching. At what point is the sprout no longer appealing to squirrels? I planted some and the squirrels dug them up.

Put it in a room that has low temperature. A garage or shed for example.

@@MikeMurphyinc The squirrels are not attracted to the sprout, they’re attracted to the ACORN, which is still there at that early stage. (it’s like a placenta) The best time to plant it outside is when it’s a good size sapling, about 12 inches, give it take. Those solo cups he used are just for germinating. It should be transferred to a larger pot once the seedling is a couple of inches tall and has a couple of leaves on it. The pots ideally should be 12 inches deep to accommodate their very long and fast growing taproot.

I had no idea what the tree was at the time. I knew it was some kind of oak. Not sure to this day

Uh oh. I planted my acorn inside the soil with the root down, but I’m seeing a root pop out the soil, will this mess up the plant?

Honestly, not sure. I don't think that would mess it up. As long as the roots are able to grab and you see a sprout. I am not an expert though. I personally think you're fine.
