You've mentioned that you train with weights four days per week covering every body part each time. How does this routine fit into that schedule or is it used just to prioritise leg growth?

I have 3 sessions which I rotate through on a day on day off basis. So week 1 is Session 1/2/3/1 week 2 2/3/1/2 etc
