I've watched most of your videos; keep coming back to this one. So crazy its not among the top performing videos...

Functioning speed is most important. The other speeds that will push you forward are delivery speed, how fast do you deliver your product? Timing speed, are you executing at the right moment? And expansion speed, how fast are you able to expand, the rate of change of the size of your company? So is functioning speed how fast you carry out the day to day tasks of your company? Am I understanding that correctly?

Keep them rolling in. Do one on profit & loss and reading a balance sheet.

I am quite successful in building companies and I’ve started watching your videos and I can honestly confirm that you have a great view on how to build business, sales, marketing and in general, business itself. I love some of your videos because they simply reconfirm a lot of my views whilst adding value and more ideas that I haven’t thought about. I do have a list of areas in any business that I call speed control. My list is as follows Processing speed Execution/launch speed Service speed Functioning speed Operational speed So it’s very similar and I love how you articulate your areas. Although execution/launch speed is similar to the “timing” speed you have mentioned in this video, I’m going to be adding this to my list it’s brilliant! Thank you! Just a heads up for everybody, there's something they put in those McDonald's fries is beef bouillon when they marinate / Extrapolate the starch out of them prior to being transported, and then cooked and whatnot. When I found that out, it blew my mind as well LOL.
