Hello Taren! I have a question about MōTTIV Method: Can you set any specific finish time for the trainning plans? Also, how does your app work in terms of setting the races in the calendar? Could you do a mock simulation to show us all this? Seriouly considering signing in! Thank you so much!

Interesting Taren, I've done 24 hour cycle rides, ultra marathons, weight lifting, football and eventually triathlon, shall take a look at the app again as I train for my first 100 miler run (7000 metres of climbing!)

Hey Taren - Will the app handle a 5 day cycle stage race as a main event with many single day races in the run up? I want to be able to manage the build up, multiple tapers and be at peak for the main event.

Could you also use it for maintaining your 40k bike ride and training for up to a half marathon? I would like to stretch my 10k run to a half marathon but not loose my ability to ride my 40k.

Taren, I started subbing when you said you are gonna be advocating for balanced endurance training. Now I mostly hear about RACES, pain cave for pros, advice from top amateurs. So this is still a lifestyle for wannabe amateur triathletes, not average people that are into endurance training for healthy life. Where is this channel transformation?

I don't see the problem here. A lot of people still like to race or complete challenges. Taren wants to make them do that without sacrificing health. Sure... You don't need to have some athletic goal, you can just have a health goal. I'm not sure if you really need a training plan on that case, but probably the base level training Taren is talking about will fit well. And chill, it's just one video, there will be plenty of other content
