Thank you! My favorite part about these North Afrika vehicles is just how much the paint chipped down to the dark grey.

Perfect timing, my Son just gifted me some chipping fluid and I’ve been trying to work up the nerve to try it. Great tutorial thanks for sharing it👍 looking awesome, cheers Trey

I’ve used the hairspray technique several times and had great results I use the salt chipping more tho thanks for sharing looks great

Thank you so much! After starting the weathering process the amount of chipping I did seems to be the right amount for me. Hopefully I will have this finished by next weekend and will start on building the base for this. Stay well and model on my friend.

Just wondering about adding dish washing fluid to the water to help with chipping. I have not heard of it and if works great, just wondering about effects on top coat if residual is left behind. Thanks for the video

I didn't think about the dish soap affecting the top layer. That's something I'm going to have to test to see if it will be a issue or not.
