How frequently is the light flashing?
The Quooker taps are fitted with a light ring. The light ring emits a constant red light when boiling water is being dispensed or when the system is heating up.
Is the light ring flashing quickly and frequently? This means there is a problem.
In this case, also check the red LED light on top of the tank cover and determine the number of flashes. The frequency indicates which problem it may be.
