Great podcast, great power couple...and I'm curious, what would life be like if there was not a touchstone of the same spiritual belief system and practices? In my experience, I've had to accept that my partners spiritual journey is simply different than mine. We mutually respect each other, I share in some of her spiritual beliefs and she shares in some of mine...but far from all. I believe that even though were are of different spiritual backgrounds we can still BE WITH each other without judgement or expectation of adopting each others way of life. :-)

the conceited arrogance of this guy speaking on behalf of others regarding religion, basically parroting his wife's answer to the first question and then throwing in a "hip" dis on Christ. what a failed opportunity to embody the sacred masculine, of whom Jesus is the archetypical example (regardless of religious belief). the Apostles work without pay, and that's called the priesthood. still going strong, 2000 years later. This view on religion is called Shaktism, or Tantra, and it's a form of Hinduism (and some lines of Buddhism). They've believed in the Goddess for thousands for years. Good job, you became a Hindu. They generally don't practice making insults or generalizations about other peoples religions. I was interested in the subject, but was turned off by that comment immediately.
