For me personally it has been a month, where I have been focusing on taking good care of myself, you need that when things have been tough.

The trees and the forest, and for me personally ice bathing, is the best way for healing! I'm on a healing journey myself, in a much different way than you, but still. Heal up. We all need it. I'm struggling too. I lost my job. But I was so tired towards the end of it. I was conflicted between looking for a new job or just taking time to rest. So hard sometimes to do that.

I recently moved to Sweden from North Germany and i never had an deep forest close by and here in Sweden i obviously have a lot of forests around me even in cities. Today I felt this urge to go outside and be in the forest. And in the beginning you explained this feeling.. so I am just making myself ready to go out into the forest 🌳 Thanks 🙏🏻

And the sparkling snow in the sun, when it´s really cold ✨ I miss it already. We have still snow where I live in Norway , but not that cold. I am longing for spring. Do you? You are right, taking good care of yourself, in terms of nutrition, rest, and being in a peaceful, beautiful environment is so important after a loss or trauma.
