Remember if you belittle others whether intentionally or unintentionally as perhaps a joke amongst friends it will come back to you. Not everyone is mentally strong. Learn to forgive as much as you can...let go no matter what they did. If youve harmed anyone in your life go and apologise and make up. Get closure.
