Hello Dr. Heyne, I love ❤️ listening to you everyday!! I'm not a Chinese, I'm Japanese, and ever since I was a was a teenager I was fascinated about Eastern medicine, Chinese, Japanese, Korea, India, I had severe acne as a teenager and so I studied a lot about Eastern meds, not a bandaid wanted to know the root cause,,, when I was in my early 20's our family dodctor told me if I don’t take medicine for my THYROID I will die in 6 mo. I never took it, meds are scary,, instead I changed my diet, made some herb tea, took ACV, and stayed far away from anything came out of OVEN, those highly heated foods, I stopped going to the RESTAURANTS, nothing from boxes or easy to eat out of the bags,, watch the color of my tongue every morning, and checked my first morning URINE, made sure it was in proper PH levels etc,, I'm now almost 82 but people who knows my age all tells me must be the Japanese good gene's, you don't look a day older than 50, my high school friend tells me I look 45!! no that's not true, many of my Japanese friends looks their age, old and frail looking,, lots of age spots,,, with pains, not doing good, so far I've never had high BP, CHOLESTEROL, and I don't have bifocals, I can still see small, small prints very clearly!! And NO PAIN anywhere, my diet isn't for everyone, most people loves to eat out!! To me thats very scary!!

I never thought about being to up or too high energy being out of balance until my Reiki lady mentioned that my energy was that day. I’m starting my own business, so this advice is great and timely. I need to look at caffeine and sugar (maybe even some natural supplements I take that might be preventing me from getting out of “fight or flight” nervous system). Thank you!!!!

You just made me realize that overthinking is just as exhausting as running 5 miles carrying 50 lbs on your back. I was running for my 2nd burn out before 30 (realized it soon enough though) but kept wondering why this kept happening when I was barely working. I was a part-time student with a very minimal job with low-stress. But whenever I was not studying, I was either worrying about people around me or thinking about my next 30 moves. Thanks a lot! :) I'll resume the meditation practice!

Emotional people who dwell on their emotions eventually screw up their happiness. Gravity is a betch, it will bring down your spirits. Keep your guard always, never drop it. If you allow the above to happen everyday, eventually your mind adopts that state of being and then your mind becomes your greatest enemy.

Dear Alex, Thank you for your movies. I found them two days ago. For three weeks I've been visiting my Chinese Medicine doctor, and she told me that my fertility problems came from yin and yang inbalance and cold kidneys. I was wandering, if you could record some movies about treating infertility in case of chinese medicine? So far I'm having acupuncutre with herbs and I'm trying to change my diet and also the way of wearing - more warm clothes.

Yes, balance, I burnt out from more than 10 years of working dawn to dusk and now I'm at the opposite end where I push myself every day, but sometimes can't manage more than a few hours per day of labor. Seeking balance

I hope you have gone into slow living lifestyle and i feel ya Please look into Yin Yoga (yoga nidra) and Qigong It will heal your nervous system and calm you down, get you into alignment all of your beings. Just focus on the necessary in the beginning, take time out from mudts and others. You have to be there for yourself now, yes you can still get support or socialize. But it tires one unf if one is already exhausted. I would suggest to take the time to heal until you are stable, then you can slowly slowly go back to introducing new activites. But go into the healing arts, paint, cslm music, mefitation, nature, love, self love acceptance of what your life situation looks like now. Im still healing and struggling ftom a 15 year long burnout that i lived in, i have very trouble thinking, speaking and doing lol...i.e. i struggle to just exist. It too created chronic illnesses in body, mental, emotional turbulence etc. Which i now am healing from, by subcobvious programming, to re-do the past, rewrite. But cleansing my mind from past hurt and healing my heart helps me geal, to forgive and forget. Acceot what happened, accept that life unf wasnt what you expected. Now that you xan operate from a calmer more accepting or openminded place it will be easier to surrender and let go of everything even one's wants, and trust the Universe or God :) "Let go & let God" Heal your mind, heal your heart oprtate from soul and spirit. Get out of your head & emotions. In an obsessive way i.e. stop with that, it ruins us. We need our feelings to heal, do dont shit down. We need our mind to reflect, to contemplate, so use mind for understanding :) Listen to Dr Gabor Mate on healing wounds. Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Bruce Lipton, for using mind correctly. Marisa Peer & Louise Hay for self acceptance, self love, to build up oneself with confidence etc. I wish you luck my friend you can do this, if i who rose back from the dead just a cpl of days ago, so can anyone else 😊🍀🙏👍
