As a reasonably athletic senior, I recently started playing tennis with a fairly heavy gravity pro racquet - by current standards it is too heavy for an old guy like me to be using, but I do think it has helped me develop better form on my forehands.

Love your content. Makes me think more on court. It seems you have shifted your branding a bit and I like it. New outfits and great haircut is making you look younger and captivating. Keep it up.

I've saying this a long time to my tennis partners, who, like me, never played as juniors. I, in fact, tried a few years ago and attached small weight pads to the racket to practice but realized that my tendons and ligaments will not tolerate this at my age. I believe kids can do it as their bodies can still adjust to the load.

Very, very interesting. It makes perfect, logical sense. Is there a danger of over working this action with a heavier racket head and creating tennis elbow particularly in older adults?

I recently tried performing the backswing with a lose wrist to get easier lag expecting to get easier power. I was surprised that, as you mentioned in the video, I also got easier spin which I was not expecting.

Great as always, love going over your videos as the new season starts. Stackable weight machines often have a separate weight you can put on the stack, it is a square rubber weight. It fits perfect over the racket handle and works great as an exercise, like a baseball bat weight. Thanks again. Where are you located?

You explain good .but you talk a lot but less demonstation and presentation. All your video clip is 90 percent talking. For viewer with less english cant comprehend your theory.

Sorry Arturo, I demonstrate as little as possible to show players to find their own style. If I explain, the player finds their own interpretation. If I demonstrate, the player copies. And I know my viewing range is from 9 years old to 88 years old. Everyone needs to use the information to fit their own situation. You'll see this in all of my videos. On a plus note. My approach is unusual and you will be able to find thousands of videos with great demonstrations. Good luck
