A lot of explanation ( it’s a good explanation)for something you can say in 1 line. “ keep both hands on the racket until the bounce of the ball “ 🤔

Can’t wait to try this. So far you are only the second coach who has taught this on KZfaq that I’ve found and I’ve viewed dozens and dozens on the serve. Thank you!

I can feed with my eyes closed all day, but can't serve with them closed at all. I'm pretty much always swinging to my toss lol. I don't even know if I know exactly where my body wants the ball.

I can’t wait to try your technique to get the controlled toss. It’s the main thing which has vexed me too long.

love this lesson but not sure I understand the difference between the swing paths for the flat and kick serve.

I am a big fan of yours...and i am young coach (itf level 2, Rpt) learning from you..i have watched so many of your videos to learn new tricks and things and applied onto my game and my students game.. So dont mind me saying this that i respectfully disagree with this one... The simple explanation of this is that there are different takebacks (back swing) you just demonstrate one of them but other works too

This makes sense. I can definitely feel the difference!

@oneminutetennis, This sounds so interesting, I want to go try it. It's not clear though, I am pushing the whole head of the racquet? Just the tip? Is the hand touching the fence? Do you know what the mechanism is that allows for this trick to work? Thx
