Hot Pot is a type of fondue that is Chinese in origin, although there are many Asia regional variations of it. It's a really fun thing to do for a dinner party. This is how we have a hot pot at home!

There is a Little Sheep (well, former Little Sheep, the franchise pulled out but the owner kept the food the same and renamed it Happy Lamb) in Beaverton, OR just off 217 at the Canyon Road exit for anyone wanting to try this.Back of the parking lot where the Canyon Road Red Robin's is. Just head straight back and it's by the Asian Market. Amazing all you can eat hot pot.
