:) the cut was from a very smashed s800, hit a lampost head on at 70mph flying in a carpark! Glued it back together and then took a spin into concrete from very high when the FC decided to reboot! Was beyond repair🤣.

How did the kitchen sink come out🤣

It's honestly not that difficult, practice on a couple of random items first to get a feel for it and you'll be fine. Its just ink as well so adds basically no weight so worst case scenario if you really mess it up you could paint over or wrap it anyway. Good luck, would love to see the results.

Hi, I didn't spray it with primer but I did give it a light coat of 3M90 adhesive spray. I had a hard time dipping my test pieces without this as it didn't seem to stick to the epp without it.

How has it been holding up? Do you know of anyone that has done the primer ,base coat then dip on epp? Thanks for your first reply. Great video!

@@MrPeeteboy solid, the s800 has been crashed a fair few times now, 3rd flight forgot to put the antenna on my crsf module and failsafed into the side of a rocky mountain at 78mph! Didn't peel off the lam all held, despite managing to shatter the front carbon spar! Got 2 other dipped wings both holding up as well. I dont know anyone that has sprayed it 1st. I did do some test with different sprays on epp and lam it and try and rip it off (no dip though) acrylic based sprays peeled really easily and wouldn't go back down with heat on the lam. Plasti dip/ full dip sticks really well to epp and lam, ive dipped stuff sprayed with both and its worked well but not a wing. I'm sure it would work well you just need to be careful to be light with the paint so it doesn't add too much weight.

You get a frw bits floating around after and can normally wipe them away while they are still wet, but you may end up with a few bits stuck. Got a few bits in the kitchen counter yesterday doing something and it came off easy with an alcohol wipe. I'm sure it would clean off but dont have the guts to try it for the same reason! Although I did joke about running a bath for her and putting a layer of pattern hidden under the bubbles so she got hydrodipped when she got it in, I think it would be hilarious, she didn't seem to see the funny side of it though🤣
