Just found three. I've been through my books and I'm happy with ID. I'll do the 24 hour test though.

Let dry then pack tightly into a jar and let age six weeks or more. They'll taste of _BITTER CHOCOLATE_. A teaspoon in a chili or marinara sauce is heavenly!
