Quick correction from a GM tech UHS = full digital cluster UDD = no digital full color display in mid level trim trucks. UDC = base cluster found on work trucks or base trucks. Heads up display has nothing to do with cluster RPO codes. HUD has its own RPO.

If you have anymore questions ask away. Tire size cannot be adjusted on the GM side of things, you can adjust tire pressure settings in GDS2 if you know what your doing. If I recall you can do tire size with HP tuners.

when i read some of the reviews on the mdi2 clones i'm seeing people say it won't work on a 2021 or 2022. have you tried this on a truck this new?

Great tutorial JW! Question for you? I’m looking at purchasing my first truck and am looking at 17-19 duramax or looking at a 6.2L gaser? I’m looking at the maintenance cost of owning a duramax too. Can I get your expertise input?

will this relearn the glow plug.module? just replaced 1 on my 2018 l5p. and learned that i need to do a relearn.

Yeah I tuned my 2020 and yes u have to relearn the keys 🔐 and anytime u touch ur air filter u resets Lights also it’s a pain in the ass kinda and definitely can’t take it back to the dealer lol 😂 but yeah that’s a handy tool too have

A couple questions - I lost one key for on my tuned 2020 Denali. Can I add a second key fob using the tips from this video? Can leave my HP Tuner ECM in and add key fobs? I was told that a stock ecm was needed to add or relearn key fobs. Has anyone tried to use GMC cloned key fobs? Not genuine GMC?

Can u do a video on how you lifted the back up? My 7 inch cognito i ordered has a 5 inch block and i wanna run the lift at 9 inches… how do i lift the back 2-3 more inches up??

Thanks. When I initially tried to do the relearn I think it was on the old software it certainly wasn’t on the tech line platform. Also, did you do a vane relearn for your turbo? I’m running a stealth with no issues so far and no vane relearn.

finally got a clone tool in. now i can not connect to the body control module. it fails to establish a communication

@@JWMontoya Turn the truck in to the "ON" position Open the VCM Scanner Select the "Connect to Vehicle" option Select the Check Engine Icon Select Clear DTCS Select the "Controls and Special Functions" option Select the "System" tab Select "Change VIN" Insert correct VIN (message will appear if successful) Cycle Ignition Done Got this from same day tuning. this is why the vin doesnt show up after the ecm swap
