Top advice, crystal clear and no alpha male bull****, i salute you! I lost my confidence in a heartbeat, because there was no structure in it. Broke up with a girl i was going to live with at 18yrs of age, stayed in that house by myself, single and negative for almost 7 years. This put me waaaay back into insecurity land, even though i am a decent looking fit guy with blue eyes. Every girl i met became my source of security, my confidence. and i did everything for them! "The caretaker role" Like Daniel said, being ready is something you should take very seriously, like would you date yourself? A strong base is what a man really needs, in so many aspects. My confidence i have learned is determined by if i take good enough care of myself, if i train hard enough, eat good enough, make enough money, if i don't drink or smoke, are my dogs happy, is my house clean, in short being independent and being yourself! (because i also played the mean looking unapproachable guy role) NEVER will i let my confidence or security hang in the balance and give someone else control over it. She either adds to it or she is not the right one. Peace

This Video is rare. In the past few weeks, I decided to watch several Videos about that topic. What you are saying is quite different. Most people give advices which sound rubbish to me like "be an Alpha man, a bad boy, someone who doesn't treat women well because that's what they want." It sounded like I have to be a completely different person. I will definitely try out your tipps. I trust you on that. EDIT: The End was really surprising. There's no way to lengthen bones☠️... stretch to look slightly taller...but 15 you can grow to 6 foot in the next 2 3 years.. don't worry much ... that's the age most people explode😂
