For the second exercise don't forget to rise the external elbow. It will help you to have your shoulders on the same line as your handlebar. And turn your head to the direction you want to go (that means it's almost behind you)

Balance easier in Northern Hemisphere with right turn because of the Coriolis effect. No joke.

IrideEnduro i never had trial bike, My friend has one but i did just 20min on it. It’s good bike for training but it’s not easy to ride it, it’s different than my enduro bike
