দাদা আমি বাংলাদেষ থেকে দেখছি।আমার বয়স 46 ।রাতে ঘুমালে দুই হাত অবস হয়ে যায় পরে ঘারে মেসেস করলে ঠিক হয়।যদি একটা ব্যায়াম দেখিয়ে দেন তাহলে উপকার হত।
