Just thought I'd add to the comments saying thank-you. Yours is definitely the clearest, most concise and easy to follow guide to starting a Limited company. Watched it once through and then followed again as my wife and I set up our new (first!) company. So exciting!!

Great info, would you say it is easier to go from sole trader to a ltd company, or to just stop being sole trader and start a ltd company from scratch?

Hi, amazing video, sadly i didn't seen it before. I used TIDE to open an ltd and they create only 1 share. Can i modify this to 100 like you did?
