Your elbow should NOT be higher then your shoulders

I would say it should be even with your shoulder- you don’t need to force the elbow super high. Just not below the shoulder I would say even is the magic spot

hey coach when I rotate my hips I apply too much pressure on my foot and it glides against the ground and ruins my shoes do u know how I could fix that?
