sir one help i meditated regularly i cant feel said benefits although i am calm but i feel LIKE I LOST INTEREST IN EVERYTHING nothing excites me MY BRAIN IS EMPTY MOST OF TIME i dont know to use it properly to achieve SOMETHING like enlightenment

I nearly gave up in life but after watching the story of this 2 disciple I had a wake up call.💖. I have realize that staying and feeling sorry for myself while I HV brain and hands t change my life won't help me. I HV t work hard t be successful. Thank U so much 🙏💖
