Just remember a simple rule: your thoughts create reality. Where your thoughts are that’s where your energy flows. So, think positive and happy even at the worse situation. I am in the process of divorce ending my marriage after 19 years. Yes, it sad and hurts. But I believe I’m going to be fine and find someone better. Life is a journey full of lessons learned to help me grow and make me stronger!

1. Thoughts are not yours. 2. If you identify with thoughts then they start to influence on you. 3. Positive thinking is always going with negative, because positive is always compared to negative. 4. Leave thoughts alone - let them come and go - that’s the only possible solution. 5. At the same moment in the Universe billions of thoughts pop up and disappear of course they do not create reality until you go for them and commence actions according to them

I listen to this twice, very good philosophy, and very good story. It makes you think. What I got from this is that people can’t make you happy or situations. The thing about these all you have to do videos is change isn’t as easy as the video makes it sound. And if one stumbles they may feel like a failure. The path to one’s goal often should be walked with baby steps. And everyone stumbles now and then. That’s ok. Yes i am facing the same problem, I am always feeling afraid of my future. thinking about my future ruined my present, I was always check my account before doing any transaction, because of future endeavours.Now watching this story. I have problem in my passport and residential certificate n I guess my biggest dream to go abroad could be crashed but yet I don't feel that bad. Even if there is nothing left we have something that we r ment for. Whatever you think doesn't mean that it will be easy to do. Tq for uploading these type of positive vibes videos . It added essence of positivity within me in this happiest mrng. Today i really beleived happiness is nowhere , it comes within us. I change my perspective , from seeing a positive even in my torment. Really i ruin my life , with my thoughts of futile , to envy others , to rely on with someone , i felt that is completely bullshet.
