Very nice, congratulations ! An additional thin led bar on rear (only for this module) would be great, will make your back looks brighter for the car that is behind you.

Does you VW used standard lights or LED to work with the module?

Hey man have a Lil mod I did myself a while back for twin fogs light don't know if you have done it already but you only need one wire going from one side to the other connecting to the rear pins in the bulb holders and ya done you then have twin rear fogs 👍 pretty simple and make thing feel even lol

So if you were just to tap on the brakes it would strobe?

You didn't explain the in & out. What side goes to the light & what side goes to car harness.

Hey man, I am a huge fan, your channel is great and helped a lot in my weekend vw g4 fixing extravaganza. I installed this mod today, and after getting everything back up, the right stoplight stopped working :( . 3rd stop strobe and left stoplight work as they should. Any ideas what could be causing this :) ? FYI I have LED low and high beams, and after installing the high beam LEDs the highbeam light on the dashboard is constantly on even if the highbeams are of. Weird the g4 electrics are O.o?

What color of wire was you power and ground from your golf??

that is like the brake light is malfunctioning. it should be on side where it is on as soon you turn the light on, and it stays on as long the headlight is turned on

Hi mate. Love ur vids!! I fitted this to my mk4. But im having an issue It will work fine and then will stop working. Then will work later but only flash abit and then wont work. Have you had any issues like mine?

So I have added this exact module to my 2018 Hyundai Tucson sel plus 2.0 it works sometimes when the vehicle is off but when the vehicle is turned on the light flickers quickly then stays solid. It’s not working correctly it’s supposed to strobe quickly then blink 5 times then stay solid. My question is what could cause this issue?

Hi I brought this exact module for my focus st wired it up when push break in it does the 4 quick flash the 4 slower and then just stops ??? And doesn't stay on what would be causing this ? Surly if was wired wrong it wouldn't even light up ??? Thanks

Nice work..but to do it right you need to solder your wires and cover the joins with shrink. Electrical tape will, in the heat of the inside of the car get gooey and loosen up leaving the wires with a stick residue...and possibly loosen up over time. Just MHO. Really advice you don't do this, nearly rear ended someone the other day because it didn't look like they were braking hard because the light kept flashing off and on, I then realised later on when we were in traffic that they had this fitted
