It probably would be in the best interest of the customer, unless the customer is not interested like in this case. We priced out both options and they didn't want to go with the new unit, and instead opted for this repair.

@@ReubenSahlstrom This is just how I do it but in situations like this I wouldn't even give the option to repair just seeing how bad of condition the unit is. If I did do the repair I'd give no warranty and charge double.
