How to install a Mercracing Supercharger

In this video I installed a MR TVS 1320 on one of my spare motors and explain important details to ensure understanding of the installation process. My original intent was to be as detailed as possible, but the video became too long so I didn't finish adding information. Additional questions are encouraged and once I have time, I will upload another video answering more questions. Enjoy.

Great video. Having issues with my IAT sensor saying high voltage. Code P0113. Not the most mechanically inclined individual. Trying to figure out how to replace, what midel sensor and where to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been told that it's a problem with the k20z3. I haven't tried other motors and even though I have a k20a2 the head is off a k24 so I can't confirm that. As far as a gasket included in the kit I believe that it's sold separately or you can purchase another brand thermal gasket. But I highly recommend it.

On my em1, I have swapped a k20 into it will a tvs1320 from mercracing. I believe that it will be enough to be a fun little car.

George do you have the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose running to manifold port down near the intercooler? Or somewhere else?

I haven't installed my external fuel pressure regulator yet. I will be using any available ports once I install it.

Yep. Or you can just use the retainer spring with hondabond and hope that it hold. I prefer the drilling instead.

Honestly I'm not 100% sure. I'll see what I can do to get an air to ait kit and compare the difference on installation.

I put a long bolt in the short bolt hole and put a tiny hole in the blower. Any advice other than thread locker? Seems like if any air leak would occur, itd end up going into the manifold anyway. Thanks
