In this LeatherSeats.com Tech Tips Video, we step you through the process of installing our replacement leather upholstery kit on the console lid of the 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra. This specific console lid cover is designed to fit the Tundra however, we offer patterns for many other vehicles like the Toyota Tacoma, GM and Chevrolet full-size trucks and SUVs, Dodge Rams, Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators, and many more.
Installation for this Tundra console lid is fairly straightforward and requires basic hand tools, a razor blade, a pneumatic upholstery stapler, spray adhesive, and optionally an upholstery steamer for optimal fitment. The staples that we used for this install were 5/32in in depth.
