Congratulations for your videos from Greece. I noticed that when you put the key and turn on the screen turns on immediately this does not mean that it does not close completely and stays in sleep mode result running out of battery? I wonder

Does the box come with everything you need to install it? I want to buy my radio from Amazon. We have the same car and I’m going to have a guy who used to work in hardware help me but he said make sure I have everything. I’m not sure all that I need! Please help me 🥺

The buttons stopped working within a couple of days. The radio works well, touch is good and navigation is all fine, but the buttons are dead. I tried the system reset, hard reset, but it did not fix it. Any suggestions please? And also, the reverse guidelines do not move with the steering even though I have connected the canbus, am I missing something? Appreciate your response please

Hi Nhtech, the single attachment radio attached to the double on the car, how did that work? Would you recommend buying a double one if you want the radio? What does that radio cable do?

Hi Josh, Can you share the exact ca model you have? I'm not sure if the harness for the headunit would work with the single din radio harness. I suggest you remove the radio and compare the harness to what I showed in the video. If the harness matches and the car has space for this kind of headunit, it should work?

Hey Nhtech on the instructions it say that I don't need to connect the canbus because my steering wheel don't have controls on it. Did you put the canbus because your streering wheel comes with the volume controls?

Hi Ewens, the canbus is not only for the steering wheel controls. It also triggers the reverse light and, in some cases, may even control the power to the radio. I suggest you connect it. Cheers 🍻

No, it's a 9-inch screen. Two things to check are the shape (the edges are rounded), and it must have a VW compatible canbus

What I noticed is that it goes into standby mode when you turn off the car, and the phone would be connected for a few minutes, then the connection goes off.

@@nh-tech it’s similar to some small aux to Bluetooth connections. Suppose if you are in call and coming out of the car we need to manually switch its mode to phone to continue talking

Hey Nhtech, my airbag light is on my dash. Did yours turn on after installation. Everything is good with radio. Except that airbag light on dash. Thanks

@Mario Sellet, no my airbag light has not turned on after the installation. I installed in two cars and none of them have had that problem.

@@nh-tech, did you disconnect the air bag cable when you removed the front panel? 🤔 I actually had to do it 2ice since I forgot to put back the first time

Am also have the same problem did the same thing for 2012 vw jetta disconnected panel and turn it on am sit seeing the air bag light when I used OBD scanner show no fault codes but air bag light is on

Sorry to hear about that. Can you check if you reconnected the airbag plug on the front panel? You may also want to disconnect and reconnect your battery or clear it with a scan tool.

It should work automatically once you have connected the canbus. Kindly check if you connected the canbus well

Open the "Zlink" app and connect your phone with cable. You can also use wireless carplay as well.

@@nh-tech is there a setting to turn off the reverse camera? I’m not going to install it and every time I reverse or turn on my turning signal the screen shows up black and my music would stop playing for like 3 seconds.

It's been surprisingly good so far. I only had an issue of the turn signal activating the rear camera, but that was fixed with a software update.

Please make sure that the canbus is properly plugged in and then there is a red wire with a small black socket, which you need to disconnect. When you disconnect that wire, it will go off, and when you insert and turn your key to acc, it will come on.

I'm not sure, but my best guess is heating. Check if your system heats up and double-check the wiring as well
