It’s that simple except for the constant connection issues. Countless hours wasted on jobs because of these things. Your competition is far more intuitive Mitsubishi

do not get one of these things. constant problems. could not loggin to iPad... then could not log into android because apparently this system does not work with the android 12. I WISH i could have gotten a wired system. This is not working well at all, and our system was $11,000. Does anyone know of another brand ?

You can get it replaced with a "thermostat interface module" and put whatever thermostat you want (Nest, Honeywell, Ecobee, etc.) they wire in just like any other thermostat

@@chaosnipplesother thermostats won't control the vrf aspects of Mitsubishi.. you basically lose a lot of the efficiency by using another thermostat

How do I change the wifi password to reconnect? We changed the router/wifi passwords from when the unit was originally installed and now I can't reconnect.

I came here looking for the same thing, I bought this house and it has this system and it won't connect but I see the blue tooth.

@@codywayne6436 yup... still no reply. I'm not dealing with it anymore. Going to have my technician look at it when they come for the annual tube up. Nothing should be this ridiculous.

No, I can't get it to work on Ios or Android and have spent countless hours troubleshooting. It's infuriating.

Why can't this app allow you to have special characters in your wifi password? That seems a basic security step.

@4:08 Yeah...that's BS! Sounds like a Sony tactic. Afraid you might loose a customer while you actually ARE loosing customers. This video tells me not to buy Mitsubishi. Great job there!
