Please show the possible approach on Android devices that have high capacity of high amount of RAM. There are one or two apps that promise this and they're pretty complex configuration. If you can kindly approach the platform, I will be extremely grateful.

i have old p1000 quadro and it works fine, just choose appropriate model.

You can run these things even on 1060 if you wanted to. If you use GGUF (this is what LM Studio and Ollama use btw) it splits the load between your GPU and CPU so the larger modelsw will be painfully slow but might still work aslong you have enough RAM in your computer. Obviously it would be better to choose models that fully fit your GPU's VRAM though so you might need to stick with 7B or 13B models.

Is there a way to just set it up on a website. Say you have your own full running webserver can you just install it that way without any 3rd party apps. For example just like running ollama locally but have it on a website?
