I can see where the 5ghz would be confusing with the 5g cell. Haven’t had that issue woth people before. I’ll set that up for the next one.

You don’t have to use att router they give you. Use it as a modem. Flex that hard earned money you make and get you an EERO $900 router. Dont forget to get the extended warranty.

To get an att wall jack. Att will have to dispatch a ticket for an att tech to come out and install one.

Have you called att and have them send out a tech to make sure all lines are good to the att wall banded jack? Could be something down the line causing it to flash.

Coax connections will not work with this. If you want to use a coax, it’s only a cable modem with AT&T it’s DSL needing a phone jack

Green cord no phone jack isn’t going to work. Need to have a phone jack in the home. You’re going to have to call att and have them dispatch a tech.

Flashing green should mean it’s connecting. If it keeps flashing after 15 min. Try a reboot. If not contact 288-2020

They will install fiber to the jack that has the OnT that will provide the signal. Now depending on your device will be if it will handle those speeds and if you have cat6 cable. They do charge for extra cables ran through the house So make sure you are having your gateway in a place that you want for your main system. And then Wi-Fi everything else. Get the mesh system from the tech also. It will provide the best Wi-Fi coverage.

@@purewhips1 I got them to run it to a central point. I’m getting 1300 up and 1400 down. On wifi I’ll get about 400-500up down without port forwarding. I’m going to use my range extender and test connection further back in the house.
