1. Make sure all your audio drivers are updated 2. Look on yt for videos (which your doing) 3. Reinstall windows using flash drive. 4 get a usb mic splitter plugin ( my problem was that the audio port on my mother board got fried so instead of replacing it I got a usb mic splitter adapter now works like a charm. Hopes this helps

Today was the only day i could laze around. I planned my day to start with watching some dramas and my speaker didnt work. I was seriously pissed and thought i was cursed or something. You have to install realtak sound driver manually from the site of realtak according to your operating system and its requirements ..then this options will show...
