Thanks for tie rod tip. I gave up on installing trailing arm because bolts wouldn't line up. Thanks again.

Installed these on my daily driven 2011 SS, best upgrade yet! Corners much more consistent and launches straight every time I feel they really put the power down. Close second is the sway bar combo (OEM 1LE front with whiteline links/bmr 35mm adjustable rear)

I like how you left out the hardest part of the job which how you get the rubber bushings out of the spindle.

@@bigblockkev yeah i hear ya i just did the same job on my car last weekend. I used a 2 jaw puller but it was too small and busted. So i hunted down a 5 ton 2 jaw puller and turned the legs around to the short side and popped them right out. I haven't experienced any wheel hop since i put the new trailing arms and bushings in. The car doesn't feel as spongy if that makes any sense.

You diddnt line up the marks on the tie rod when putting it back in. Wouldn't this offset your alignment? Also how did you go about putting that bushing in. What tools did you use? Never done this before!

I installed the exact same ones on my 2015 2ss. It didn’t work tho I still have wheel hop.

What is your opinion about adding the rear lower control arms and toe rods to this upgrade? Necessary? Overkill? Lastly, what part numbers did you use with this install? I appreciate any feedback you can provide.

I definitely will add the toe rods to this. Rear end will need to be re-align after those are installed. It also depends on what the car is being built for. This is my daily driver so I still wanted to keep some of the ride comfort. The more suspension upgrades, the more the comfortability goes away. I'm keeping it in the happy medium. No loctite required. I wouldn’t use it. Suspension parts need to come back off from time to time.

They did the trick. Drastically reduced the wheel hop issue. Plants the rear tires to the ground. Would highly recommend this upgrade for your ride.

Ordered them from summit racing I believe. They are BMR bushings.

ALSO I CAN TELL FROM NOT ONLY THE REPLACED BUSHING BUT THE LINES ON THE RED TRAILING ARMS YOU ALREADY HAD THEM ON FOR AWHILE BEFORE THIS VIDEO. LOL

How often should you grease the arms

Any suspension lubrication should be done every 6 months (ball joints, tie rods, trailing arms, etc). This of course also depends on the amount of miles you put on the vehicle.
