My car's screen is about 10.25 inches and only 3/4 of the area is utilised in android auto, is there any way i can get use of my full screen for youtube? , the 1/4 part just shows date and time. Whereas in car play i can play in KZfaq videos in full screen with a jailbreaked device. Please help

Can any body please help me . I played a KZfaq video in car stream , when car is parked video is working perfectly, but when car is moving then there is a lag, the audio is ahead, the video is behind,it is a kind of lag,. Can u please give a solution for it..😔😔

at the very beginning, he says "without Root the procedure does not work"!!!! why are there so many people asking why it doesn't work for them!!! You MUST root your phone for this to work, obviously not listening or watching the entire video accurately! If you want to know how to root your phone, it is different for every device, you will need to research another youtube video to do this!

i have root on my phone and carstream comes on my android auto but my car (mercedes e class w213 or 2019 model) doesn't have touchscreen. so when i try to navigate with the scroll button or touchpad it just scrolls the window down but doesn't select a video which i can then click to play. is there a way around this to use the app from the phone, instead of the touchscreen display of the car so i can use it on my non-touchscreen display?

Hello, the procedure worked perfectly in my car, however, when disconnecting the sync3 cable, the whatsapp and facebook audios did not work, the applications were silent. I had to enter the bluetooth configuration and disable the "media audio" so that the audio returned to normal. Someone else?

Same thing happen to me. Once you sync the cable, the audio will be in your infotainment.

No matter what I do, this won't work. Patches shows error codes and I can't get to the grand part.

Worked mint but in my case after patch reboot my radio couldn't see carstream app so i had to go to app on my phone press 3 dot menu and Unlock it. Then another restart and there it is ;] oh and if U have other versions of this app installer downloaded U MUST remove them from your device and download the one in the video otherwise patcher will install older one and it won't connect. Apart from them 2 issues it took me 10 min to make it work. Big thanks

CarStream works perfectly on Android 10. You have to install the new version of which I put the link in the video description. KZfaq does not allow me to edit the video, but the procedure is correct. You just need to use the new version of CarStream.

I have a new 2020 Toyota Camry. I have Android Auto on my cell phone and I can mirror a few things like WAZE. I would like to mirror more. My phone is NOT rooted. Is there another way I can mirror my cell phone to my car ? The display can work on IOS or Android from the settings. I have a Android phone. For rooted phones only , it needs to be clear in the title per favor. And good things to know, once your phone is rooted it's an open door to catch your bank details. This is why I won't root despite the fact I am dying to watch video in my car.
