Just so you know in case you haven't heard, certain models (I believe yours is one of them) of harbor freight jack stands are recalled right now for collapsing. Be careful

Why not jack up the engine from the oil pan instead? Wouldn't that be the safer approach?

Just realized that spare tire on the front, I heard it messes the awd system and you're suppose to put the spare on the rear and not the front no matter what? At least what's written on the manual

Just upgrade the pitch stop mount and brace. It’s $100 for the pitch stop mount. I’m running the stock engine mounts.

I had the same question.. I think its the flywheel.. I noticed it because when I put the solid transmission mount on my ride I can here some kind of chatter.. not at that level, but noise nonetheless..

Hey Bader hope you can help so I just got tuned on FBO and the car drove fine but after I did a pull from 1-2-3 now my clutch pedal feels like it vibrates so I had my go pro under the car and I can see the engine shaking/moving while I try to take off in 1st but I checked the mounts and the pitch stop they aren’t broken and they look to be in good condition they have 26k miles on them.

Does the power feel smooth? No detonation? Pressure plate or clutch could be hurt too.

_BaderBuilt I have a built motor just changed a week ago but power is smooth no feed back knock. It only happens when there a load on the engine like if the motor vibrates I feel it if. Once I’m out of gear it’s gone. I had my buddy watch the motor as I used only clutch to move and when he saw the motor shaking I felt it in the clutch pedal when it stopped shaking I didn’t feel it.

I'm asking on here because you probably know this. 2019 Subaru WRX. Coolant is a little above "low" when cold but at "full" when warmed up. Is that normal? Manual and Subaru dealerships have said that if it's on low you should fill it until it's at full. But people are saying it's an overflow tank and it's supposed to be at low when it's cold and full when it's warmed up. What do you think?

Regarding the 17mm bolts on the crossmember. Did you tighten to 103 lb ? I have read 75lb is good with loctite. Or in your opinion tight is good enough? Thank you for your time

I’ve always torqued by hand vs using a torque wrench on the bolts you mentioned. Never had an issue with them coming loose.

Depends on year, 2015+ with cvt may be difficult. But 2014 and older is straight forward.

No you won’t, just make sure to get a protune by someone reputable 👍
