These are the styles we have seen in windows and obviously the last method is our preferred method but not necessary, the 1st straight cut method is our least favorite as its not a perfect fit so if this is how you are going to do it id put a blob of silicone in the corner just to avoid any water ingress as its not as flush fit as the other ways.
