I have so many problems with the 310 and the the C100 camera Tapo cameras. The 310 places footage anyways it’s wants on the SDcard with incorrect date stamps and incorrect footage. Sometimes footage from the previous day 12hrs earlier. I want to send it back but haven’t a clue how to uninstall the SDcard which now seems unable to eject.

I have Tapo C100..but when I put the SD card it says something working with sd card..I already put the SD card in correct position.Does it mean I bought the wrong SD card?I bought a SanDisk Ultra Micro HC..

i have problem on my tapo c310 in my area have experience power interruption when power came back the sd card suddenly corrupted and when i try to format always failed to format always stucks on 2%

@@wrenzfranco8555 hello sir i resolved this problem i think the brand of micro sd card that i buy is crap its Sricam Micro Sd. i buy new. sandisk brand till now still working even power interruption not having corrupted problem again

No. The Ethernet connection is just Ethernet and not PoE . As such you need to use the supplied Power Supply to power it [though you can use any readily available jack-plug extension lead to extend the fixed lead on the power supply plug should the camera be located to far away from a power socket for it to reach. A simple search on Amazon/Ebay for what ever length you need - they don't cost a lot or you could even use standard Bell Wire spliced in if your feeling cheap?].

TBH it will only physically and correctly fit one way round. Try one orientation - gently press it in and if you feel resistance try the other way round. Only way it would become stuck is if you go at with too much force? Or if your really struggling find a six year old to do it for you 😉
