In this tutorial, I will guide you step-by-step on how to install your Nvidia Graphics Card Driver in Windows 10.

If you want to install this on your laptop or your gaming pc, the steps are exactly the same thing.
From Nvidia mainpage, go to Drivers and choose All Nvidia Drivers.
In this tutorial, I'm going to use my ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Super.
Product Type: GeForce
Product Series: GeForce RTX 20 Series
Product: GeForce RTX 2080 Super
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Download Type: Game Ready Driver (for Gamers) and Studio Driver (for Content Creators)
Language: English
Click Search
In GeForce Game Ready Driver section, you can check the Highlights, Supported Products and the Additional Information section, if you have the time.
Whenever you're ready, click Download and click Download again.
Let's go to the Downloads folder, once the NVIDIA exe file has been fully downloaded.
Right-click on Start, choose File Explorer, go to Downloads folder, highlight the NVIDIA exe file, right-click and choose Run as administrator.
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Click YES.
Click OK.
Choose NVIDIA Graphics Driver and GeForce Experience, and click AGREE AND CONTINUE.
Choose Express Installation and click NEXT. Restart you gaming pc once the installation process is complete.
Double-click the Nvidia GeForce Experience shortcut from your desktop.
Login with your account information.
Note: If you don't have an Nvidia account, please go ahead and create one.
I will show you how to update your Nvidia GPU Driver.
Click on DRIVERS, click CHECK FOR UPDATES, install the latest available driver to you. Once you're done, X out and restart your gaming pc.
Now you're good to go!

After "run as admin" and "install" it says " This NVIDIA driver is not compatible with this version of Windows" Edition Windows 10 Home Version 20H2 Installed on ‎10/‎20/‎2020 OS build 19042.1586 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0 Computer: HP Pavillion 1227p ..... AMD A8-5500 AP Card: GeForce GT 1030 with no fan Why doesn't this stuff work - - I was told it is "plug and play" Windows picks the right driver automatically.

I have a 1060 and I’m getting a 3070, I already have gforce experience. Will I just have to download the most recent update through the app or do all the steps you said

I recently upgraded. After you install your new GPU I suggest you download DDU. Go into safe mode and use DDU to completely wipe clean any old drivers. Shut down your computer and turn it back on. Then follow the steps in the video to install the new drivers.

how is the 2080 super anyways. I only have the 2060 super but reflash nvbios to the galax 2070 and edited the nvbios to increase the clock speeds to the 2060 super specs.

It runs fast and cool while gaming even when I'm video editing. No complaints here.

as usual great tutorial. if i may add a step. it really helps with the rtx supers because it will clear any additional pci-e ids which can cause you problems. download www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and clean install updates for nvidia everytime and never go with the DCH version of the driver. It will cause so many problems down the road if you do. I only follow your page closely because i have the same board haha and i want to input as much as possible so people save time unlike my endless hours on forums looking for solutions.
