Just got done installing this kit on my 2002 Foreman Rubicon 500. Same issue of the brake lines rubbing the wheels as the other guy. SuperATV should really address this, or at least mention it. If I knew I needed different brake lines, I would've ordered them. But now I'm just annoyed. Seen other people mentioned they have the same issue over on the jungle site.

For anyone wondering, I solved this issue by removing the plastic axle guards(not real happy about that), flipping the caliper brackets towards the front, swapping calipers side to side, and by doing that the brake hoses can be ran in a way that more closely resembles the factory routing.

Great Video I learned alot about the brakes. I have a Honda Rincon 650 mine is a 2003. Can you make a video on How to install axles on this quad. I would be interested in seeing what the easiest way of removing them are.

I have a 2001 Honda Rancher. Just put my kit on but my rims are rubbing the brake lines. 12” rims. Should I swap my calipers to the front or is there something else I can do?

I have pressure, but as soon as I put the wheels on and drop it to the ground, all my pressure is gone. I am sure there is no air in the system. Any suggestions

Is there something getting pinched by the suspension causing it to lose pressure once it's settled on the ground? Can you get any pressure through bleeding while the machine is on the ground? Give us a call so we can further assist you with this, 855.743.3427.

I have the OEM wheels. Does this kit fit them? I see that it says does not fit OEM wheels but am wondering if that is where you have to grind down the caliper part. Or would I need to get some wheel spacers?

It will not fit in the 11" wheel. In our experience, the amount of grinding required would actually damage the product and make it useless. You may be able to get away with wheel spacers, but we have not tested that theory to be able to confirm.

@@SuperATVMedia I just looked, I have 12x6 rims on front so this should work just fine
