Guys anyone trying to install custom rom from stock rom (in my case poco f1 miui version 12.0.3) i suggest that you install latest version of twrp offical recovery and follow the same steps because the twrp mention in this video was not working in my case and while doing advance wipe select all 5 option except system EXT. Then follow the rest of the video

nope, directly flash the another custom rom (no need to flash again stock rom); consider clean flash.
