Hey user-sm3cm8vf6e, that makes no difference. The larger flange only ensures a wider power transmission of the sprocket to the HG freehub. Pay more attention to your chainline, that's more important. Cheers, Sascha

What is the max number of teeth on the rear cog usable. I'd like to put a lekkie 28t on with a 44t front bbshd conversion.

What stopping it from rotating back forward from the hanger

Having the correct torque (16NM) keeps it locked in place.

Nothing. It will come undone after few runs. 16nm is nowhere near enough. Threadlocker and more torque...(let the threadlocker dry over night)

I bought one of these and no matter what I do the chain will run fine, skip a couple times after a little pedaling, then the chain snaps eventually. How can I make it work correctly. Manual and video followed.

@@ReverseComponents04 it’s been a few months so I can’t remember exactly. I’ve been through about 10 though so I’m sure I’ve had a few different ones. Would the chain type more than likely be the issue?

@@ReverseComponents04 Same thing here, KMC X9 chain (9 spd) and the chain just keeps skipping no matter how I adjust the chain tensioner?

@@CX-mf4bs we normally recommend KMC z1 narrow as a strong chain at a decent price point.
