Great video thanks. Here's a tip if you have a crossbar that gets in the way of the Allen screw... (7/8" bar) Put everything together without worrying about the angle of the handguards. Then, loosely tighten the end of the handlebar, the two Allen screws on the U clamp, and the screw that passes through the aluminum handguard to the clamp. In other words, put it all together. Then, snug up the 5mm Allen screws on the U clamp - get them even - there should be about an eighth of an inch gap - as long as it's even it's good. THEN, move the whole thing to the level that you want. NEXT, if the crossbar is in the way of one of the Allen screws, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. Simply tighten up the other one that you can access. Tightening one tightens up both. I just did this on my DRZ400...

Just did this install on my 2019 CRF250L, super easy! The stock double bar kinda sucks for the clamps but it’s not hateful, will be switching bars out soon but glad I know the process installation!!

I bought these to put on my 2023 crf250f and I’m have a hard time getting the clamps to line up with the Stock handle bars. I’ve seen other videos where they just don’t lay flush.

These won't work on my 2024 KLX handlebars. There is a steel insert at the end of the bars that will not allow the expanding bolt it. Bummed out....

Are those shorty levers? My stick levers don’t fit they hit the bar

Lol I did not cut enough away on the thottle tube. So everytime I droped the bike the thottle got stuck...

Any tips for using this with 1 1/8 handle bars? Clamps Not good fitting as they are, but they can tightened down.

I can't get these to fit my handle bars with a cross bar. Have a KLX300 and a KLX 110RL, it doesn't fit either of them. Even bought a tusk 7/8 handle bar for the 110RL, still doesn't fit.

I have problems with the throttle hand being bound. up when I install my hand guards, how do I fix this?

I replaced handlebars on my CRF 230 and am trying to get the plugs/inserts that go into the handlebars out of the old bars to install in the new bars or find just those parts inserts/plugs as replacement parts. Can I purchase those inserts separately?

Will all tusk handguard shields work on the same mounting hardware? I have the regular D-Flex but can't find the replacements in orange but do see other types available in that color

No mention of the brake line or worst yet the clutch line. These things are terrible design.
