We have allen set screws in our grid plates in machining area at work. They serve their purpose of keeping threads clean of machining shavings. I wish we would have originally added a way oil to the threads to be able to back them out when needed, as some of them are slightly rusted in the threaded hole. Thank you for making this video! Same deal on our end, set screw has to be below flush or fixturing will hit it

I see them on oil compressors, flocculator mixers, motors.

Hello sir most of the time the adjustment screw remains locked inside for the removed we finds difficulty, are there methods for this type of screw when it can be removed,thank's lot.

This was NOT helpful. How do you attach using a set screw.... I don't care what the product I'd called that you a crewing I to and you pre-drilled it. You should nothing how ot is used to attach a product. WHAT????
