agility and inner core strenght do a muscle up on a bar or a a vinuasa yoga pose for 5 mintues. isometric workouts pomhorse gymnastic work out routines. walk 20 miles then push a bolder in the park try lifting a atlas ball 20 times up an down. explosive polymerics with stretch bands last but not least nike spark equipment. running over hurdles.

My son has been playing sports since he was 6 , he fell in love with football around 7 or 8, he just turned 13 and hes become a phenomenal QB due to videos like these and us drilling , drilling , drilling . He was held back in 2nd grade so at his age hes supposed to be in the 7th grade but he just started middle school , first practice was last week and hes miles above other QBs . Believe me , I've seen a tremendous, tremendous change in his performance, speed and his accuracy, footwork due to other videos we began watching when he was in 10 & under for QB drills . It's all about how serious you wanna take it and how motivated you are , I have to make this kid come inside at night because he loves the drills and training . It takes alot for a 13 year old to inspire and motivate a old man but I'm not ashamed to say it , hes definitely got my 39 year old body in shape lol. Good stuff my friend , we thank you for your videos

Ahahah laughing at all these 13 year olds running a 4.6. I'm 16, 165lbs and ran a 4.88 laser time, fastest in my group out of a dozen or so highschool players who are all skilled at the varsity level. 12 year olds, i've been fast my entire life and ONLY run a 4.88, I'm extremely happy with that number and the only way you're gonna run a faster 40 is by WORKING. Not asking around on the internet, look a couple techniques for your start, go to a personal trainer that knows what they're talking about or straight up go work on your own. Don't expect to be faster than an NFL offensive lineman because you'd be surprised as to how fast those guys really are. They'd blow you away. Let yourself develop also

+Dylan m not bad but doing 95 for only 6 reps isn't good. Your not getting stronger all your doing getting bigger but that's not getting stronger your supposed to do 10-15 reps and the more u do they suppose to feel like u can't do anymore.

true, but I've been doing this warm up for a while and my Thai is huge. although it hurts everytime I lay down and stretch my legs out.

We arent saying you will get as fast as CJ in 90 days. We offer a program that can be repeatable as many times as they need and they will keep seeing results.
Seems like the first exercise in this video has a good chance of tearing hips, detatching growth plates and damaging knees. Those are powerful muscles you are pitting against out of position tendons and ligaments and stress pointed joints.

I'm an athlete from Ja. I love football and hope to become a running back sometime. My 40 is 4.35. Bench Press max is 280lbs. Height is 5'11 Age 20 First year in college! Actually i started college January 30,2013 - April 2013 here in the states. My school don't play football, so i don't have any means to tryout or get some training. It's sad.

well I just finished freshmen year and ran the 400 since I was 10, i'd say your time is decent, its a bit above average but you want to get down into the 50s. But if you are 14 and still in middle school you would be considered good. also a 4.5 for the forty is pretty good,
-12 years. -height 5'6 or 5'5. -weight 148 (I'm not fat I'm a bit buffy). -bench 118. -deadlift 170. -squat around 200 haven't done it in a long time. -40y time 5.3 Middle Linebacker / Running back anything I can work on?
